Martin Leonard is an experienced Head of Projects, Business Startup Coach and Project Manager for Software Application Development & Business Change projects. He has delivered strategic projects & organisational transformations using agile techniques for governments and for small medium large & some very large organisations across the whole project lifecycle from change request to successful delivery to time & budget since 1996.
He enjoys building high performance companies and teams in mobile, web and tech business startups. He delivered the 1st agile project for a UK Bank, the 1st agile project for the UK government, the 1st agile project for retail bank Barclays Bank, investment bank Barclays Capital and wealth management bank Barclays Wealth. He delivered the 1st agile project for Steria plc, The Office for National Statistics, The General Register Office, DHL Systems and First-E Bank Dublin. He was an Agile Project Coach for the UK's largest agile project (DWP UC). He was the Founder and Company Director of three UK companies, the Founder and Company Director of two Agile training & consulting companies.
