It's interesting, this thing called energy

I bought the book about a year ago however I have been reading it very slowly. I do like the vibe however I have been resistant to it. One day I wrote to Dr Lee Vickers, and he responded with a mpg of the whole book so I can hear it via audio. That has made it real easy for me to do the morning meditation. Even today it takes a lot of discipline for me to do his meditation however once I do...the result is always good. And I mean really good. I am now starting daily to do it in some form. It's all good. Thanks Silvia NY

I have been on the an journey into holistic healing many years . I am an theta healer and work with many clients . I have done breath work many years and got amazing results with my clients . The breath helps your body heals by flowing energies trough it .
My healing art projects have help many people on their own healing journeys . I do Bodies of Light each and every day . The reason why I do this is because this increases the amount of energy that you have in your body to do all the advance healing technique .
Bodies of Light will increase the amount of healing of energies in your body at least 1 000 times stronger when you do it. That is why you have to do bodies of light every single day . You really have to say it daily to increase your energy at least 1000 x time stronger for that day . You just have to say it to feel the energy flow trough you .
